Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your subscription to and use of Solid Kine's AI receptionist service. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to these terms in full.

The Service

Solid Kine provides an AI-powered receptionist service for trade businesses on Oahu, including answering missed or after-hours calls, booking appointments, sending SMS follow-ups, automating review requests, and — on select plans — a website chatbot, depending on your subscription tier.

Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Solid Kine is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis across our published pricing tiers — After Hours, Growth, and Full Stack — at the rate listed on our website at the time of signup. You will be billed monthly in advance. There is no long-term contract: you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Setup & Onboarding

To get started, you'll provide your business hours, services, and call-handling preferences through our intake form. We'll configure your AI receptionist and send you simple call-forwarding instructions for your carrier. Most clients are live and answering calls within 48 hours of completing onboarding.

Your Responsibilities

To deliver reliable service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information about your business, hours, and services

• Set up call forwarding as instructed

• Notify us promptly of any changes to your business hours, services, or contact information

• Review AI-handled calls and summaries and let us know if adjustments are needed

Delays or errors caused by inaccurate information you provide, or by your carrier's call-forwarding setup, are not the responsibility of Solid Kine.

AI Limitations

Our AI receptionist is trained on the information you provide and is designed to handle routine calls, collect caller information, and book appointments. It is not a substitute for emergency services, and we do not guarantee that every call will result in a booked appointment or that the AI will handle every situation perfectly. You remain responsible for following up on flagged or urgent messages.

Call Recording

Calls answered by our AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed to deliver the service, generate summaries, and for quality assurance. Hawaii law requires the consent of all parties to a recorded call. By using our service, you agree to ensure that appropriate notice is provided to your callers where required by law, and you authorize Solid Kine to record and process calls on your behalf as part of the service.

Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party providers, including Bland.ai, Twilio, Calendly, Google Sheets, Tally, and Make.com. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by these providers that affect our service.

Intellectual Property

Solid Kine retains all rights to its underlying technology, workflows, and methodology. You own your business data and the content of your calls and messages. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solid Kine is not liable for missed calls, lost business, or damages resulting from service interruptions, third-party outages, or errors made by the AI receptionist. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the claim arose.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, or if you provide false information or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
